For a sweet wine, people usually prefer a dessert wine like balsamic. However, if you are looking for a good red wine that will have a lot of body, try a nice bubbly. A bubbly can be made by taking the leftovers from the champagne fermentation and running it through a blender. You can add different fruit juices and whatever else you want to give it a flavor that ranges from subtle to stronger flavors.
